Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon. (Engr) Victor Ochei FNSE, will on Tuesday, June 12, deliver a lecture at the 2012 edition of Distinguished Annual Public Service Lecture under the aegis of the Asaba Chapter of the University of Ibadan Alumni Association.

Ochei will speak on the topic, “Minimum Wage and Enhanced Productivity in the Public Service” scheduled for 3.00 pm at the Benizia Hotels Asaba.

Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan will be the Special Guest of Honour while, his Deputy, Professor Amos Utuama SAN, is the Guest of Honour, just as Professor E.C Nwanze, a former Vice-Chancellor of the University is the Chairman.
